How do phishing simulations work?
Employees receive safe, realistic phishing emails. Anyone who clicks automatically gets a short training course, and managers see the results in analytics.
Do we need this for GDPR?
GDPR explicitly requires regular staff awareness training (Article 39). ShieldWise covers that requirement and gives you audit-ready reports as evidence.
Do we need to install any software?
No, everything runs in the browser. Employees open courses from an email link.
How much time does it take per employee?
About 15 minutes a week; courses are 3-5 minutes each.

What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual is priced per band and carries a hard cap: adding an employee inside your band does not raise the invoice, and growing past the band ceiling moves you up one band. Monthly counts every seat at a per-user rate with no cap, and each band has a minimum number of billable seats.

No. Every price on this page excludes VAT. Companies registered in Georgia are billed an additional 18% VAT on the invoice.
