How much does ShieldWise cost?
It depends on team size, tier and billing structure. The prices in the calculator are our public prices, so you do not need to wait for a quote. Above 2,000 employees we price it with you.
How do phishing simulations work?
Employees receive safe, realistic phishing emails. Anyone who clicks automatically gets a short training course, and managers see the results in analytics.
Do we need this for GDPR?
GDPR explicitly requires regular staff awareness training (Article 39). ShieldWise covers that requirement and gives you audit-ready reports as evidence.
Do we need to install any software?
No, everything runs in the browser. Employees open courses from an email link.
How much time does it take per employee?
About 15 minutes a week; courses are 3-5 minutes each.

What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual is priced per band and carries a hard cap: adding an employee inside your band does not raise the invoice, and growing past the band ceiling moves you up one band. Monthly counts every seat at a per-user rate with no cap, and each band has a minimum number of billable seats.
Are the prices shown with VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT. Companies registered in Georgia are billed an additional 18% VAT on the invoice.
Can we try it before we pay?
Yes. Start with the free cybersecurity assessment or look at the sample report. For teams there is a pilot with no annual commitment that measures real risk with a phishing simulation on your own employees.
Do we need a long-term contract?
No. Monthly billing has no long-term commitment. Annual billing gives a lower price and a fixed cap, but the choice is yours.
How do we add employees?
An administrator adds employees in the platform, including in bulk, and assigns them to departments. Employees receive their security awareness courses by email and sign in with a one-time code, no password needed.
