Cybersecurity training for employees
Cybersecurity training teaches employees to recognise and respond to phishing, scam calls and social engineering. ShieldWise delivers it in Georgian and English through short courses, realistic phishing simulations and a report that shows management where the risk sits.
- 60+ short courses and simulations in Georgian
- Phishing simulations built on local scenarios
- Automatic follow-up course for anyone who clicks
- Risk score per employee and department
- Certificates and audit-ready training history

Why companies need cybersecurity training
Attackers rarely need to break into a server: one employee who clicks a fake link, gives away a password or pays a "CEO" request is enough. According to Verizon's 2024 Data Breach Investigations Report (DBIR), 68% of breaches involved a human element.
Firewalls and antivirus are essential, but they cannot make a person's decision for them. Cybersecurity training strengthens that last line: the employee who spots a suspicious email and reports it.
What effective cybersecurity training includes
A once-a-year lecture or a long video does not change behaviour. Effective training is continuous and combines four parts:
- Short courses (5-10 minutes) that don't interrupt work
- Realistic phishing simulations that show who would click
- Follow-up training for exactly the people who slipped
- Measurable results: a risk score and its change over time
Security awareness training in Georgian
Most international platforms don't support Georgian, and translated material misses local reality. ShieldWise courses are written in Georgian from the start and use Georgian scenarios: courier texts, calls in a bank's name, personal ID number theft and local online scams.
The platform is bilingual: employees choose a Georgian or English interface, and managers see the report in either language.
Phishing simulation: how risk is measured
A phishing simulation is a safe test email a company sends to its own staff. Whoever clicks or enters data immediately gets a short course, and management sees the results by department.
That way training stops being the same obligation for everyone: it goes where the risk is, and the result shows up in numbers.
Cybersecurity training and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2)
ISO 27001 control A.6.3 requires awareness training directly, and GDPR and Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection require staff who handle data to be prepared. The EU's NIS2 and DORA also require regular training.
An auditor will ask not just whether training happened, but who completed what, when, and with what result. ShieldWise's compliance tab and certificates answer that.
How to start: a risk baseline
The best first step is a baseline: 15-30 employees, one phishing simulation and a one-page report for management. It shows where the company stands today, and the training plan builds on that result. No annual commitment is required.

Frequently asked questions
How long is one course?
Most courses take 5-10 minutes and open in the browser with nothing to install, so employees fit them into the working day.
How often should cybersecurity training happen?
Continuously: a short course every month or two, and a phishing simulation at least once a quarter. A single annual session does not change behaviour.
Are the courses in Georgian?
Yes. Courses are written in Georgian with local examples, and the platform interface is available in Georgian and English.
Does the training help with an ISO 27001 audit?
Yes. ISO 27001 control A.6.3 requires awareness training, and ShieldWise records who completed which course, when and with what result, with certificates.
How much does cybersecurity training cost?
It depends on headcount and plan, billed annually or monthly. The full table is on the pricing page; above 2,000 employees pricing is quoted.
