Security awareness training for employees
Security awareness training is a regular programme that teaches employees to recognise threats and act correctly. ShieldWise runs it with short Georgian-language courses, automatic assignment, reminders and a report a manager can read at a glance.
- Courses assigned automatically to new employees
- Smart reminders, with managers told about anything overdue
- Eight topic categories, from phishing to GDPR
- Risk score and progress by department

What a security awareness programme is
Awareness is not one training session. It is a system that regularly gives every employee short, practical knowledge and checks that the knowledge changed behaviour. Topics include phishing, passwords, data protection, social engineering, devices and incident response.
Why the annual lecture doesn't work
People forget new information quickly unless it is repeated and used. Little of a 90-minute annual lecture survives a few weeks. Short, repeated courses and hands-on simulations turn knowledge into habit.
How ShieldWise works
The platform handles what takes the most time by hand:
- An admin picks courses, or a course pack, for a department
- Employees get an invitation and take the course in the browser
- Reminders go out before the deadline; managers are told about anything overdue
- A quiz checks knowledge and a certificate is issued on completion
What management sees
Managers see who completed what, who is late and which department carries the most risk. That turns awareness from a formality into a managed process, and produces audit-ready evidence.

Frequently asked questions
How is awareness training different from a phishing simulation?
Awareness training teaches; a phishing simulation tests. Together they work best: the simulation shows who needs more training.
Can different departments get different courses?
Yes. A course pack can be attached to a department, for example BEC fraud for finance and personal data protection for HR.
Do employees need to create an account?
No. Employees receive an email invitation and sign in with a one-time code, no password.
